WEEKLY GOAL POST SEP 23 -29

So, how did I do on my first goal posts?

#1 - Swim three times this week. (Check.)
#2 - If the inflamed, congested ears are still a problem on Mon, bite the bullet, and make an appt with an ENT.(I did, first thing on Monday morning. I didn't actually find out what was wrong but I learned that it wasn't infected, which was my only real worry. I feel better now.)
#3 - Handle the highway/city rush hour driving that is unfamiliar and more than a little intimidating after all these years. (I was fine, although I did avoid much of the craziness because I had to get off in the exurbs because of a bad accident.)
#4 - Manage this focus group with aplomb. (Despite managing to relax, I was seated beneath a failing fluorescent light that, in combo with the monthly Red Menace, brought on a nasty migraine. After five miserable hours, I ended up going home.)
#5 - Make full daily entries in My Body Journal. (I did.)

I would give myself 4, maybe 4 1/2 out of 5 for the week.

This week's goals:

#1 - Swim four times this week.
#2 - Make Body Journal entries at least twice every day.
#3 - Clean that oven (nose wrinkle).
#4 - Evaluate cool weather clothing and donate unwanted items.
#5 - Make the effort to lose another pound to make it a total of 20 before the 1st of Oct.
